This morning, our documentation theme pages' sidebars have all disappeared. We did not do any upgrade. We are 5.1.5. The other theme's sidebar displays fine.
We have a staging instance that is setup just like production and its sidebars are displaying fine.
What could have happened in our production instance or how do we resolve?
Hi Septa,
The actual sidebar was only blank for documentation theme spaces; not for spaces that had the default sidebar (the newer one). You would have the sidebar visible, but no content.
To fix it, we had to uinstall and reinstall the page tree plugin.
Have no idea why this got corrupted; but, that fixed our issue.
Hi Karie,
Could you please provide us a screenshot of the issue. It seems that you might accidentally press ([) which will collapse the side bar. Also, could you please see if the theme configuration changed by someone else? You could check this by accessing the space administrator page.
Hope it helps.
Cheers,
Septa Cahyadiputra
