Developer not able to import documents in his confluence space

Hi,

A user added in developer group is not able to import documents in his confluence space, but at the same other user who's added in the same group is able to add.

Can you please suggest a solution for this?

Different spaces may have different Space Permissions configured for the groups.

You may have to go that particular Space --> Space Tools(that cog wheel symbol) --> Permissions. Under Licensed users category look at Groups And check that group as Add attachments option for that group.

Or else you can add that user in Individual users section and provide him necessary access like Add Pages , Add Attachments ticked.
