Hi, I'm working with adding an outlook distribution list to a notification scheme in Jira. I have added the DL email address in the single user field in the notification scheme. The emails are not being received by the team. I have confirmed that other emails are coming out of Jira. We get several hundred a day, however the ones to the DLs we are testing are not working. Has anyone had any luck adding a DL to this field?
