Confluence upgrade from 7.13 to 7.19

We are planning to upgrade confluence from 7.13 to 7.19 and we are using oracle 12c and ojdbc 8 jar file. do we need to change oracle and ojdbc and what are the new feature release since 7.13 to 7.19?

Support for Oracle 12 will end in next release. i.e. No support in Confluence 7.20. Details in https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/end-of-support-announcements-for-confluence-210239673.html
