How to use people from other groups instead of showing members of Confluence user group in "People" on Confluence title bar. Also, how to show all the users, thanks.

Hello @Lushiyu

To search for a particular person, type their first name and/or the last name into the search box and choose Search. Please do not forget the people directory does not include users who can log into Confluence using external user management if they have never yet logged in.

To see everyone who uses your Confluence site, you can choose All People.

Please refer to the below documentation for more details:

May I ask whether users synchronized from JIRA can be displayed? Thank you.

 Hello @Lushiyu

If you are using Jira as a user directory for Confluence, you can only view the users on the Confluence People page who logged into Confluence at least once. You can not view other users who never logged into Confluence.

P.S: Please do not forget Jira users need to be added to either the confluence-users or confluence-administrators group on Jira to be able to login to Confluence.

I hope this helps you.

Cheers!
