Hi,
I built a new Atlassian environment a few months ago and added the required users. This has been subsequently been tested by these users and there were no problems. They are currently using the Atlassian tools. However, a couple of weeks ago a new user joined and they were setup as required. They can login to all tools inc. Confluence but when they try to ‘publish’ a Confluence page they get the error ‘Unable to communicate with Server. Saving is not possible at the moment.’
I’ve setup a new test user and get the same problem.
The version of Confluence is 6.6.0 and I have tried switching off HipChat (in similar posts) nut still the same.
Any suggestions/help appreciated.
Solution - '/tmp' had 'noexec' set, this was hindering the 'Synchrony service'. All working now.
