Confluence image borken

Some user are experiencing image issues 

we have some people who have created pages experience links to their images become broken. I'm thinking it might be because a lot of the images are screenshots that are copy/pasted in as opposed to saving them someplace and inserting them, but it hasn't been consistently doing it. Has anyone else experienced this and have a solution?

Requested more details to user:

To be able to investigate, we will need some answers.

1. Is this happening in recently created pages?
2. Is this affecting pages that already exist for a long time?
3. Is this happening with multiple image formats, such as PNG or JPG?
4. Is this affecting other types of file?
5. Is there any kind of error present when images are broken?
6. Are the affected images name using special characters?
7. Would it be possible for you to share screenshots of the situation that you are facing?

Can you please add the screenshots that you mentioned.  Also what browsers are you using?

@Aissa Brahimi I have server and am not able to recreate it.  Is this happening to all users?  Are the users having the issue the same browser?  Does this happen in all browsers?
