Confluence: Recently Updated Macro doesnt work, Activity Stream works

Hi at all,

as you can see in the title, in our Confluence instance the "Recently Updated Macro" doesnt work anymore.

The activity stream works.

A few days ago the "Recenty Updated Macro" worked, but we couldnt find an entry in the logfiles which implicates such a behaviour. A thing a could mention is that we had java heap memory problems and we will raise it.

Does anybody know if there is a configuration to do ?

Anybody knows this behaviour?

Thank you and best regards

Hi Marc,

If the case is about the macro information not updating, it could be caused by a possible corrupted index. For that, check which version of Confluence you are running and then, perform the mentioned procedures from this article, which will rebuild the content indices from scratch.

If that's not the case, you can try to check the information in your log files related to this macro or let us know if this is related to some specific behaviour only affecting this macro. Remember that we can also help you through our support channel: https://support.atlassian.com

Hope it helps you!

Cheers,

Giu
