Hi, We added an available Confluence gadget URL to our Jira directory. However, some users are not able to find in the directory to add to their dashboards while other receive system errors when trying to connect their Confluence accounts to the gadget. Some got this error: "This gadget cannot be displayed on your dashboard. This could be due to a licensing problem or an application error. If you need this gadget, contact your administrator for assistance. Otherwise, you can remove it from your dashboard." Are these problems related to this being discontinued past Confluence 7.0? We were hoping it was still able to be used in Jira. Thank you!

Hi Emma,

Atlassian ended support for this gadget in Confluence 7.0. The gadget no longer appears in the macro browser and can't be added to a page. Any gadget already on a page, or used in another application like Jira, will still work
