Hi,

Can someone please explain to me how can i set up the notification scheme in Confluence.

I really like the one in JIRA, so i would like to try something similar

Confluence doesn't have notification schemes, as it's a lot more simple than JIRA in what it needs to send.  It makes a simple flat assumption that if a user is watching a page, they want to know about most updates.  There's not a lot more to it I'm afraid!
