I doubt you will get much help with your downgrade here.
Many of us have done Sharepoint to Confluence, as it's a good move. Not many of us have done Confluence to Sharepoint, because, well, why move perfectly useful stuff to (and I quote) "the system where documents go to die, unused"?
Maybe ask in a Sharepoint forum?
As I call it, Sharepoint is the solution for the 90s! Not sure it is even possible to downgrade? Convert everything to Word files?
