Confluence Jira Macro result not updated

using data center jira and confluence

confluence jira macro - with filter= xx   to get list of issue

when i change the status in jira the confluence page is not updated

click  on refresh not help

any idea

Pretty sure that Confluence caches the data to avoid polling Jira too heavily, not sure how long the cache is though (I think 10 minutes perhaps but it's just a wild guess).

Do you mean browser page or the macro's refresh button? The button on the macro should fetch the data and store it in cache as new as far as I know.

Also found https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-60111 which might either impact you or give more background into the caching.
