Hello,

how is it possible to add e.g. the current space to the email-notifications?

In confluence-admin it is possible to add a subject prefix (e.g. [wiki]), but in large installations it would be really helpful if some more information could be added like [wiki] [SpaceKey] [PageName] etc.

How is this possible?

Which templates would have to be changed? It should be a global change - if possible!

Thanks for any hint

Bye

Sven

To change the layout of an email, you could take a look into this documentation:

http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Customising+the+eMail+Templates

perhaps you could start with this information.

Thanks for the link. I know about it. But it is really a pain to have to make this modification everytime when there is a new version of confluence and in so many different places. Every plugin uses it's own templates...

I need a patch to a CENTRAL place (like the prefix in admin, but with "variables"...).

Is there a extension point for this?

Could this perhaps be done on the level of the java-mail.jar?
