Hi everyone!
I'm trying to set up the PDF export layout / format for a Confluence Space.
I would like to alter the formatting and text of the header and footer of the export based on specific labels set on each confluence page, or at very least include the set labels into the footer of the pdf pages.
The documentation of the export settings is not really talking about such an option.
Could you tell me if there is a way to do this?
Hi @Pascal Becker ,
welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I don't think it's possible, maybe with some 3rd party apps.

However, once I had to export our old documentation pages (for app versions 3.x, 4.x), I decided to just export selected pages to .pdf. I've double checked documentation pages: to make sure all 3.x pages are in the same page tree, then I've exported those 3.x pages with .pdf customisations. Then I did the same for the 4.x space
With that in mind, you can export those labeled pages, label by label and if needed use some other tool to assemble those to 1 file
