Changing default font for confluence

How can we make the default font for confluence Arial? I read in the documentation that the default is Helvetica/Arial, but we need it to be Arial across the whole site. Where would I make the CSS changes to make it that font across the site? I figure I just need to remove Helvetica from the list so it picks Arial always as the default.

Have a look on https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF29/Change+default+font,+color,+or+spacing+in+Confluence

In body try to give only arial. And test.
