We set up a confluence installation at one host (say foo.domain.de:1).
After some time we transferred it to a different server (say bar.domain.de:2) using export&import, since our admin thought this was the most efficient way to go. Now the new server is up and running. However, all short links still point to the old installation and look like "http://foo.domain.de:1/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=4711". Unfortunately we realized this only after some time, since the old installation was still running and most users didn't realize they were being redirected to the old server by following the links.
Any suggestions how to fix these links?
I'm also interested in how to change all the links in Confluence when the BAse-URL is changed.
Can you forward theme from the old server to the new?
Can you give your new server the domain form the old server additionaly to the new domain?

Unfortunately not. The old "server" is actually a notebook where confluence was evaluated for some time. Now we want to purchase a suitable license (instead of the 10 user test license) and confluence has been moved to a proper server. The notebook is obviously not available 24/7.
