Cannot enable the Office Connector in Confluence

I am betting this is going to be really simple, but the Office Connector in Confluence is disabled and I cannot find where to enable it. It doesn't exist under 'Manage Apps' nor under any of the products listed but yet under System Information it is listed as Disabled, so it know's where it is.
