Can't add members to group

I created a new group, but when I try to add new member, I'm able to find them and select them and then click add, I get message "no user found"

Any idea why?

Hello,

Does that happens to both internal and AD groups (assuming that you have AD in place)?

There isn't enough information to pinpoint the root cause here, if you're only getting a "No User Found" message, your atlassian-confluence.log (<confluence-home>/logs) might be logging something relevant.
