Can not connect to Confluence H2 Database

Please find attached screen shot.

This error has occured then we can not use confluence.

I assume that DB server (H2DB) is not operated but I dont know how to restart this data base system.

Could you show me instruction.

H2 is not a service the way that other databases are, there's nothing really to start or connect to.  H2 is loaded as part of the main application.

The error message you are seeing is quite a generic one that tells you Confluence cannot connect to the database.   It could be other things though, and there's no real way to tell what the problem is without reading the logs - they should contain an error telling you why it can't connect in more detail.

If you are using the H2 database and you get this message, it is quite likely that the H2 database file is corrupt.
