Can not add attachments

Dear support Team,
when you add attachment, it will show message : Error while generating placeholder. Is ther server available?
Is there suggestion for it ? Thanks a lot.

Hi @Anderson Hsu ,

The error is due incorrect reverse proxy config in confluence. Please make sure that you have added below parameters in server.xml

proxyName="<subdomain>.<domain>.com"
 proxyPort="443"
    secure="true"
 scheme="https"/>
