Can I make tab based forms using confiforms in confluence?

I want to make a form which consists of different tabs and each tab has different fields.

Is it possible using confiforms, If not what is the alternative?

ConfiForms supports custom designs and layouts for your forms, https://wiki.vertuna.com/display/CONFIFORMS/Form+with+custom+layout

You can have it combined with some add-on like navitabs to have a tabbed view for your input form
