Hi

One of my users has a lot of tasks spread all over our Confluence, that are not marked as done.

As he wants to clean them up, he wants to mark them as done, but without sending mails to our clients about pages from 2y ago...

Is there a way to do this, without editing each page one for one...?

He should be able to check them "done" under his profile>tasks. For the email issue, please consider temporarily turning off notifications while the user is checking off his tasks.

From the workaround on Ability to Switch Off Email Notification When Checking/Unchecking Task

Disable the tasks-notification module in the Confluence Inline Tasks add-on in Confluence Admin >> Manage Add-ons. But note that this is not recommended as there may be side effects to this (possible dependency from other plugins).

The suggestion ticket linked above is public so feel free to comment or vote for it to be aded to notifications.

I look forward to hearing how this works for your user.
