Due to security vulnerabilities, we were required to upgrade Confluence DC to version 9.0.3. The add-on Brikit Blueprint Maker has not released a compatible upgrade. Is there a path that allows end users to request support or a pro-rated refund of the software cost? Going through the Manage Licenses page, the 'Request Support' link opens the Marketplace page but the link there opens a Jira project in which I cannot create a support request
Hello @Kevin Paulus ~ I recently had a compatibility issue with another one of Brikit's add-ons and submitted a support request to them asking for a fix version which they provided relatively quickly. If that link doesn't work, give this one a try as I believe you don't have to log in to submit it: https://brikitsupport.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/group/1/create/6

I got a " Just confirming that we got your request. We're on it." auto generated email followed by a support member explanation that they concentrate on the latest long term support version before tackling the new release versions. I am waiting further info.
