I used the Blog Post Macro yesterday, but no posts are showed up. I went to the same page this morning, and there was a blog post there.
Something time-dependent allowed the macro to find the post and post it to my Wiki page.
My question is: Is there a time constant for how often the Blog Post Macro goes out and looks for new posts? If so, can I adjust the update frequency?
My goal is to be able to post something and have it show up immediately.
Hi Patrick,
the blog post macro finds new blog posts as soon as they are released and indexed, usually this happens every minute.
Maybe the blog post was created with a release date?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
If you create a blog post, there is a field "Posting Date" on the bottom of the page. This is set to today by default.

I do not have this functionality. I am using Atlassian Confluence 6.4.3
