Bamboo Server version to migrate to Data Center

Question

What is the minimum Bamboo Server version that is required to be able to migrate to and use a Data Center license?

For background we are currently on 6.5 and from what I can see from the documentation the first reference of data center starts at 7.2

Hello, I am not very expert in migrating from bamboo server to datacenter but I wanted to know what you recommend for a scenario in which they have a very old bamboo server without support, old oracle bd and Hedhat 6 operating system but they want to migrate to the most modern in both OS, DB and bamboo Datacenter, do you recommend that I install everything and only export the information from the DB?

I can see that Bamboo DC is available from version 8.0 (https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamboo/bamboo-8-0-release-notes-1077903836.html)
