Backup Proxy error

Hello! 

Im using Confluence 7.13.5 Data Center and each time I try to export the site I get the next Proxy Error:

I did a quick search and I think you are hitting the below bug. You might want to comment and vote on the same. 

• CONFSERVER-54177 -Proxy Error occurs while exporting a full site backup

Hi @Ana Martinez Arroyo ,

Welcome to Atlassian community. 

If the instance is fairly large, the backup will take longer than the proxy timeout configured and result in the Proxy Error message shown as above. This is because there is no response from the application while the backup is being created. I have seen this kind of errors in the past.  I think this is a bug. The solution is to increase the proxy time out.
