Automatic update of labels from space contents

Hello Team,

Could you please check the possibility for below requirement.
I have a confluence space and need a mechanism for auto update for labels.
For example, in my space, I have a table cell(eg :Current Program Phase) which has a specific value. This value will be changing frequently . Is there any way to update the label same as that cell value. Let say, cell value is Development, label should be updated as "test-development". After some time, cell value will change to "Implementation" and this time label should replace with "test-Implementation".

Could you check and let me know in any way we can achieve this requirement.

Thanks for the update. 

Apart from script runner, is there any possibility to create a user macro that will handle this feature? Could you please help me with some samples , if any
