Hello there @chanthoeun kimthy ! As I understand, users are facing issues when accessing a anonymously accessible space with Confluence. Is that correct?
If this is indeed the issue, we can go ahead and try to Clear the browser cache:
After clearing the browser cache, you can go ahead and try again to reach the page.
What could be happening is that your Chrome browser has an active user session and that user does not have access to the space.
For short, Confluence permissions are additive. You must specify who can access the content. If you enable Anonymous access it does not automatically grant access to logged users.
For more details on that, you can see this article from Atlassian:
Looking forward to your reply @chanthoeun kimthy !
Hey there @chanthoeun kimthy ! Can you clarify if the anonymous access is unavailable in both Chrome and Firefox?
If an anonymous user (not logged in) works in Firefox, it should work in Chrome as well.
Further, is it possible for you to try and test this on a third browser?
Looking forward to your reply Chanthoeun!
