Admin permission issue

My mange raised a ticket(RITM0236751) to create a confluence space “GEHC China Localization Project Tracker Home” ,  and chose me as one of admins, however, my manager and I are not in the admin list, how to fix it?

You would need to reach out to your site admins to get them to add you as an admin to the relevant space
