Adding rows to Registration control

I have an award form that is designed so a team can be nominated, when a team is added I need them to add each member of the team along with the code and location of each member and there can be anywhere from two to fifty members on a team, is there a way to have an 'add new member' button that adds a new row?

You need to do it with 2 forms. And I am sorry, but this cannot be done within the "ConfiForms Registrations Control" macro, as this macro is a "form view" for one particular form, not multiple.
