Adding properties to an attachment

Is there a macro that supports adding properties to an attachments and displaying the attachments, their properties on an overview page?

Welcome to community. 

I am not very clear about your requirement. But we do have "Attachment macro". This is used to list the attachments on the confluence page. It does have some customising options. You might want to check on that.
