Active Directory auto sync not working since upgrade to 7.11.1.

We recently updated to version 7.11.1.

Prior to the update, scheduled synchronization worked, as did manual.

After the update, manual synchronization works. Scheduled synchronization does not.

I have been looking through system logs and have found nothing obvious.

I have searched the forum, and the only problem I can find to this point is AD synchronization not working at all.

Anybody else see this or have a clue where I should be looking?

I too have the exact same issue as described by the OP (also upgraded to 7.11.1). So no one has any solution? Did any of you contact the Atlassian support?

So it looks like the issue was acknowledged and fixed in version 7.11.3, 7.12.0 with no workaround on 7.11.1. Upgrade is the way to go: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-61194

It seems the scheduled job for the sync disappeared. It's no longer in the UI and also not in the BANDANA table. Disabling and re-enabling the User Directory entry didn't help.

We have the same problem right now after updating to 7.11.1.
