one user of our jira/confluence server is being constantly stopped from his main machine from accessing the software with an AV defender malware warning, we cant figure out why. its not https, which perhaps would help and is in our nearer term plan now, but this does seem strange at a url and ip we never used for anything else. any ideas? thanks
I'm looking into this issue for you but it's not clear with me which software exactly you're using as your defender. I tried searching online but came up with many results on this. Can you confirm the exact software you're using for this?
Generally this is something your company's IT Administrator would be able to determine by looking at the logs for the Malware application that is blocking it, but I can try to find some information on this for you.
