add new fields to reports created already

Hello community,

I created incident reports that I published on confulence according to a predefined template before, fter a few months we decided to change the template and add new fields with a retroactive effect on the other reports.

I can't add these fields on the old reports, do you have a tip?

Welcome to the Community!

I think this depends on how you are generating these reports?

If they are simply Confluence pages, then no, Confluence templates really are templates - you use them to create an initial new thing, and the template has no effect on any new objects created with it thereafter.  You'll have to identify and edit each report to update it with the new information.

If it's not templates, then could you explain further?
