Hey Atlassian Community,
Need some crowd sourced ideas on what to do with automating page/text discovery and alerting various business owners based on discovered text.
The problem I'm trying to solve is to alert various individuals in IT when our users store password information. We know we can't get each individual password, but I thought we could get alerted to new page entries with the following keywords "the password", "password", "password is", "p/w", etc.
We've done a ton of people management (security training seminars, compliance forms, company bulletins, etc.) but folks just seem to be negligent or forgetful. We wanted to see what more we could do to catch folks that are making mistakes so we can strip out this information from our pages.
Thoughts? Anyone else face folks adding in sensitive info and what you did to combat it in your own org?
