LDAP Confluence authentification

Hello,

To my client, we have more active directory domains.

So, I configured 2 LDAP (A & B) and the 2 LDAP are enabled.

We can have users on 2 domains with the same login :

At the moment, I am using domain A because I am not aware of B.

Except that in "List Users", I find only my login on the domain A and not B.

Do you know how I can put back the 2 logins in "List Users" or when i connect me i add the domain before my login (i.e A\login or B\login) ?

Thanks in advance for your help

Best Regards

If for example you have domainA\jsmith  with an email address of jane.smith@domainA.com, and domainB\jsmith with an email address of john.smith@domainB.com

Then you need to change the way your accounts are being mapped in LDAP.  I would change the mapped account name attribute to be mail (email address).

You really want unique id's.  If they are not unique, Confluence and Jira will process them as the directory with the highest priority.

Hi,

Thanks for your answer.

I already was tested this solution but doesn't work.

Is it to possible when i connect me on confluence that i can specify my domain before my login (I.e A\fabrice)?

I tried but not working may be a configuration for do that ?

Thanks
