Can Confluence show metadata properties from a document on a file list?

We want to show more files metadata from our files on a file list
Like Title, Category, Subject etc from MS Office files? We long lists and want to be able to sort by multiple properties without having to add labels to all the files
Same with on pdfs.

I found requests for this basic document functionality from 2014 on.  Frustrating that this is not a thing.
