We using mobile app for Confluence and have trouble with timeout. App logout after 1 min using with error "Your session timed out".

As I understand, you are currently unable to utilize the mobile app because your session quickly times out.
With this in mind, I would like to ask you a few questions:
What operating system is running in your portable device? Has this worked at some point in the past? Do you know if your instance uses Single Sign On addons?
