How to use this community group!

Confluence databases.png

Hey everyone,

To the new folks, welcome! To the original members of this group - we're so glad you've stayed. Thank you for your interest in Confluence databases.

Your questions, comments, concerns, and feedback are always welcomed and helpful as we create a better product for our users.

We wanted to set some expectations of how best to leverage this group and what you can expect from us, the product team.

How to use this group:

  • Check out our 🔗 FAQ
  • This community has a wealth of information, so our recommendation is that you do a quick search to see if someone has already asked a question that you have (and even better: if we've already answered it).
  • If no one has posted about it yet, you can create a discussion to share the piece of feedback you have: a question, a feature request, a bug.
  • We can easily address your post when if you are thorough in explaining what you intend to do as a user, what you expected, and what you're seeing.
  • If you're seeing a bug, if you could post a screenshot or reproducible steps, we'll be able to address it even easier.

It's helpful to post your questions and feedback here because other users can upvote or comment if they've had a similar experience.

What to expect from us, the product team:

  • Our team will be checking this group a couple times a week. We will do our best to respond asap!
  • All your feedback is shared back with the team in our meetings.
  • We have an internal roadmap that we prioritize based on the feedback we hear.

We're especially interested in learning how our users are using databases: what are you building, what are you storing, how and when do you reference your databases? And even more importantly, if you or your team members signed up for databases but do NOT use databases, why? What would you need to use databases?

Thank you for being the early adopters of Confluence databases and helping us build a better product!
