You can find a Marketplace App that will provide this ability to you though:

@3rdjkadjk , if you haven't heard of Confluence templates, you may explore the option to add a variable. Using a template, you can ask the page creator to select a value from a custom list. Here is the documentation: Create a template | Confluence Cloud | Atlassian Support.
