how would you add a ssl certificate using proxy server (windows server- IIS)

I am trying to update ssl using proxy server that is IIS in windows server but i am unable to do so !!

What, specifically, makes you "unable to update ssl"? 

You have not described how it is being done now (IIS is essential to know, but doesn't tell us anything about how you've set it up), what you are trying to do, or where it is going wrong and blocking you.

I am trying to add https through proxy server using IIS 

when i make the changes in server.xml file in bitbucket and use rewrite url  in IIS window, I end up with IIS window or with an error stating the CGI specification error hence the server is terminated. 

I am not sure where i am going wrong ?

That does not describe what you are trying to do in enough detail.  It's got a couple of pointers to things you might be editing and a class of error message.

Maybe it would be easier if you told us what documentation you are following and what you are doing differently to what it says?

i have made changes in the server.xml file of bitbucket to connect to https on the IIS of the windows server  as shown below 

In Windows server i.e IIS i have added a new site and url rewrite i have added the url and selected the rewrite option.

i have added my web-config.xml file 

i am not sure where i am going wrong and if I go to https://bitbucket.______.com 

I end up getting iis window

Have you got the proxy working without SSL?
