how to auto-approve bitbucket PRs if build succeeds and notify owner if it does not?

Hi community, how can we auto-approve bitbucket PRs and merge if they match a certain criteria, like for example if a build passes then it’s okay to auto merge, if it fails we need to notify ? Thanks
