bitbucket server high availability

How do you configure high availability for Bitbucket server?

After reading the "High Availability for Bitbucket Server" page I assume this feature exists, but I don't understand how to use it: Is it built in, or does the server only support implementing this principle?

High availability for Bitbucket Server is referred to systems that are durable and likely to operate continuously without failure for a long time. The term implies that parts of a system have been fully tested and, in many cases, that there are accommodations for failure in the form of redundant components.
