add windows event log information to incident

Dear community,

we are a small IT-department. Our service desk is always struggling to get the relevant information from our users. Laptop name, current user, errors from event logs, ip-address, ...

Is there a way to have a powershell script, collecting the needed data from that windows and then promt the user to add his text and then create the jira ticket?

Has anybody done something like this?
