Why I can't clone my repo from bitbucket using SSH access key?

Hi Support,

We first time to configure the Bitbucket service. We setup Bitbucket authentication with the Okta. I want to use SSH access key to connect to Bitbucket service, but the command response that as shown:

ssh_exchange_identification: read: Connection timed out

fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

 

Could you know where is not set correct in Bitbucket server?
