Unable to upload artifacts to bitbucket download section

I have everything setup as documented.

I've tried uploading using the atlassian/bitbucket-upload-file:0.3.2 -> 401
I've tried using curl and this also results in a 401.

I've been struggling for over 3 hours now to get this to work.
Really starting to mis gitlab actions...

Fixed this with help from Atlassian: apparently your 'personal' app account username must match your own username...

By everything I mean:
- setup the app account with the rights as documented
- setup the repository variables with the values for the app account
- and I'm admin of the repository

Why it this not working as documented?
