Trying to get insights from data in Bitbucket, Jira and Confluence

Hello, Given commit histories in Bitbucket, task hierarchy and history in Jira, quite a lot of system and software design documents in Confluence, I want to link source code fragments to the documents.

When I do it by hand, I review file history, then follow links to Jira tasks, then look through all cross references there and hyperlinks in task definition mentioning docs in Confluence. It's quite time consuming and cannot be scaled easily, you know.

I wonder if there is any out-of-the box support for this sort of analyzes, or any 3rd party software available? I appreciate you giving me any pointers or hints!
