Set bitbucket server home directory to network drive (smb://computerName/workspace_ssd/BBHome)

When I enter the directory name, it says the directory name is not valid.

Hi Arran,

Try mapping the network drive, then use that as the home directory.

That's because it is an invalid directory.  Bitbucket does not have the software required to read <arbitrary type of file system> built into it, it relies on the operating system to do what the operating system is supposed to - provide a disk location for it.

You'll need to mount the smb directory on the server so that it becomes a proper part of the file system.
