There are two areas within Bitbucket Cloud which you can use to search.
The first being directly within a repo, selecting commits and using the search box within there. However, this won’t search all repos and only the repo you’re actively within.
The second options for search are to use the regular search on the left sidebar. This search can be prefaced with search modifiers which will allow you to narrow your focus down to possibly a commit. More about this may be found at Bitbucket Cloud | Search.
I hope this helps with searching your commits across all repos.

I am not sure why this answer is accepted - "possibly" and a link to a page that doesn't mention anything about commit messages is not very helpful...
