Is there any option in Bitbucket server version 5.16.0 to completely restrict the deletion of repository, so that no user (including System Admin) will be able to delete the repository?
I am using a ruby library to hit the bitbucket apis. It can be found here. From the documentation it doesn't appear to be able to hit standalone bitbucket servers, but you might be able to extend the api to meet your needs.
